Guided walk in the Brail woods
This walk will be accompanied by Richard Charles, the custodian of the Brails, and he’ll be taking us off the footpaths and into these private woods, to visit the site of this year’s archaeological investigations. Along the way we’ll stop at any veteran trees or other aspects of interest. Richard is hugely knowledgeable on the management and history of the Brails and his walks always promise plenty of interest.
The walk is open to non-members. If you’d like to come along please contact me in advance by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll confirm your place, send you meeting point, parking details and other info. Be aware that the ground will be rough and uneven, especially near the dig. All walkers attend at their own risk.
